It's closed (again) and moved to North Main Street
I tried to give this place a chance but on my second visit there (to the 'reopened' bar) I had drinks spilled on my coat and then was verbally abused and physically threatened - by straight women who actually said that because I was gay I should be more flamboyant and carefree and not be bothered by these things.

If you like sleeze then this is your bar!!! Not my type of bar though.
Instinct
Visited Instinct on Friday PM. The place looks very nice and modern. The bartender was sweet. There were about 12 people there at 12:30 am. Not exactly a happening place to be.

Reopened again
Instinct reopened as a joint venture between Flux & the former owners of Instinct in April 2010. Fans of the former Flux bar will be delighted to see many old favourites back in action. Also half price drink offers have given good value for those who are suffering as a result of the recession.
